Welcome to our little retreat at Lake Eildon – Snobs Creek Holiday Park! Step into your home away from home, where you can effortlessly settle in and start making memories without the hassle of bringing anything with you. This cosy space comfortably accommodates up to six guests. 

 Indulge in the spacious interior that has been thoughtfully designed for your enjoyment. The caravan has been transformed into a charming kids’ retreat, complete with a brand-new queen-sized bed, a modern TV, a chest of drawers, and dedicated desk spaces.  

The lounge area offers a welcoming atmosphere, boasting a TV and a convenient pull-out bed. Lots of space on the lounge couch for entertaining friends while watching the footy or playing card games. 

 The dinning area includes a table of 4 plus a inside Canara (hasn’t be used in a few years ) but works a tear last time tried. Also equipped with a spilt system – aircon and heater that work perfectly fine. 

 The well-equipped kitchen area, features ample cupboard, a toaster, a kettle, microwave, air fryer, plates, cups, and more. A reliable gas cooktop ensures easy meal preparation, while a filtered tap provides convenience. Additionally, there’s an oven that can be connected if desired. 

 Connected to the caravan is an outdoor bathroom and shower, complete with a brand-new toilet. 

 The master bedroom exudes comfort, with a newish queen bed plus offering a mirror and ample hanging space for clothes. 

 Step outside onto the small enclosed decking at the front, where you can unwind on the bar bench or relax on the new outdoor couch while enjoying the TV while enjoy a bbq cooked meal ( with the BBQ) . Nestled on a quite street with friendly neighbours, this home away from home provides a peaceful escape.  

 Take advantage of the pub within the park and easily venture into town or explore Lake Eildon, just a short trip away. 

While our home has brought us much joy, our commitment to running our own companies has limited our time to enjoy it fully. Regrettably, we must part with this beloved retreat. We hope the next owners find as much happiness here as we have.
